put 2 hours on my 4410 today and so far i love it. i've always had a clutch, so its taking a little time to get used to the e-hydro.

yea, water and anti-freeze. i got a few loads of rock and sand and it seemed alright, but i did have the box blade on also. ....

If you haven't already, you might want to check and verify the torque on the tire rim lug bolts. (114 ft./lbs.) I found a few that were not as tight as they should have been when I checked mine. I also found one of the rear tires over inflated and the other under inflated as well. I had to park the tractor on a slope and drive the tractor forward until I got the valve stem at 12 o'clock to check the pressure. I kept getting tire fluid otherwise. ....

Chief brings up some good points. I'll also mention that if you have R4 tires you can pretty much ignore the minimum tire pressure in the manual. Those six plies are stiff and if you look at the tire tread when parked on a flat concrete slab you'll probably see that the tread isn't fully contacting the ground. That really reduces traction. On mine I've got the rears at 18 lbs now and I plan on dropping that to 12 lbs next time I use it. I think the minimum in the manual is 20 lbs and mine came with ~32 lbs in them. A bone jarring ride and awful traction with that much pressure in them. ....

Be careful in running too low on tire pressure. Pushing/pulling a heavy load can slip the rims and flatten the tires unless you pin the rims with glue or screws, depending on tube/tubeless. I did that with an airplane with low tire pressure. I landed, hit the brakes and my left tire went flat almost causing a groundloop. Rim stopped but the tire didn't. Since then I always used short PK screws through the rims into the tire bead with tubes. ....

Watch your tire pressure, my guys constanly would spin the rims inside the tires on my ZTRs. The tires were rated at 22psi on the rears. I was running 7-10psi for a softer ride and better grip. Then somebody told me to glue the tires to the rim. I haven't has a tire come of yet. Now i can run the tire pressure between 5-7psi. ....

I would run tubes in any R-4 tire, especially if you are running lower pressures. I had the bead pop loose with R-4's on my 4115.
If it had had a tube I could have fixed it myself instead of dismounting the wheel and taking it to a tire store. ....
